Area

• Exhibitors are designated a 12’ x 12’ area on the green.

• The Montrose 4th Committee provides no equipment for setup (tables, chairs, signage, etc.).

• Wi-Fi coverage is not available on the Green; vendors should plan to use a cash box and/or bring their own payment processing solution (e.g., hotspot, cellular-enabled devices).

• You are responsible for your display, The Montrose July 4th Committee assumes no liability for damage, theft, or accident by any cause.

• Please stay within your given area and respect your “neighbor” exhibitors.

• We ask for your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment on the Green during the event. There are thousands of children and individuals with respiratory sensitivities in attendance. If you need to step away to smoke, please do so in the lower parking lot or behind the Post Office and arrange for someone to watch your booth.

Set Up & Tear Down

• You may begin setting up after 4:00 PM on Friday, July 3rd or arrive the morning of the event to set up directly at your space, anytime before 7 AM. Please note that overnight security is not provided, so any items left on-site will be at your own risk. After the event has ended at 3:00 PM, exhibitors may begin teardown; no early tear downs will be permitted.

• Set up for the events beginning at 8:00 AM must be completed by 7:30 AM the morning of the event. It is absolutely imperative that you are set up and your vehicle is moved before 7:20 am so that the 5k and 10k runners can begin at the designated time, ensuring the parade will kick off as scheduled at 11 am.​

• Parking for vendors is available in the lower county parking lot behind the courthouse.

• All vehicles must be unloaded and moved before setup can begin.

• No vehicles will be allowed in the green area after 7:30 AM.

• After the event has ended at 3:00 PM, exhibitors may begin teardown.

• No early tear downs will be permitted.

Payment

​

Exhibitor fees are $70.00 when paid by check (payable to Montrose, PA July 4th Celebration, PO Box 345, Montrose, PA 18801). Online payments will include additional processing fees.

All new exhibitors will be assigned an available space by the Committee once their agreement and payment are received. Please note that no refunds are issued after a space has been assigned.
